Writing is both a natural talent and a learned skill.

You can look back at your first few writing attempts and then look at what you wrote most recently. I bet you’ll notice an improvement in your writing.
Measuring the improvement of a skill like writing is challenging to do from day to day. It’s much easier to notice improvement from month-to-month or book-to-book.
